Not for nothing but everything keeps being blamed on the AT&T's network when in fact it has been stated and has been shown that it was the chip-set that apple chose. Second of all out of all the of the smart phones out there IPHONES are know data hogs. I am pretty sure that if this phone was on any other company here in the US. It would still be limited in its capabilities and it would still be sluggish. If anything we should bash every company and state the obvious when it comes to our cellular networks we are all behind whilst the rest of the world enjoys competent service.

Hot on the heels of the Engadget iPhone headcount (12, if you didn't know), the very first Engadget iReturn has taken place. After ten and a half hours of waiting in line -- but less than 24 hours of actual ownership -- iPhone number one has been taken back to the store, citing "janky keyboard" and "no money for rent" as reasons behind the return. Note the look of utter shock, confusion, and hurt on the face of the Apple employee as she notified us of their 10% restocking fee (after the break).
