First time beating NES Metroid at age of 9, and the "big reveal" at the end. Nobody I knew had beaten the game, so the ending wasn't spoiled for me!

Why people continue to read print material in today's world still boggles my mind. And we certainly don't need a dozen or more magazines devoted to PS3, 360, or Nintendo, or gaming in general with the same news, same "official" screenshots, nearly identical articles, arbitrary review scores, and predictable editorials (often "advertorials"). When I see a several rows full of game mags at the grocery store, all promising the same "exclusive" articles about the same games, something's wrong. One or two (for competitions sake) well-written mags would be enough.

Well now...without online co-op, this just went from the top of my PSN wish list to the bottom. A patch for PSN needs to be quick or I'll lose all interest.

Started about two years ago to keep up on the gaming world while at work.

LMAO at people not buying this game instead of crap like Terminator: Salvation and Prototype. The swinging mechanic is spot-on-perfect (and SOOO much better than any Spidey game) once you play for about 30 minutes. Sure, it deserves about a 7.5 or 8.0 review due to some repetitive level design and a few glitchy moments, but this game does what it came to do...pull one of the most unique game mechanics of the NES era into 3D.
