UT3 was never a timed exclusive to the PS3. It was first released on the PC back on November 17, 2007 and then on the PS3 a month later in December. Saying it was a timed exclusive means that there was a period of time where the only way to play the game was on the PS3 which is just incorrect.

Sorry but people that use the word 'exclusive' improperly annoy me. If a game is available on more than one platform then, by definition, it isn't exclusive. You can try and spin it all you want by saying it is console exclusive or whatever other phrase you want but it doesn't make it true. Even that phrase (console exclusive) is incorrectly used since it would refer to a game being exclusive to consoles, not exclusive to a single console.
