B. Lick the cartridge. Nes through N64, cartridges wouldn't work, load, etc. So if blowing didn't work, i'd just lick the inside and it would work. My technique was simple, lick it from right to left, like a postage stamp. My Mario Kart had old chocolate in it somehow, so when i'd lick it i'd get a nice little extra with that. ;)
