I wouldn't say I "love" EA ...

Wait a minute, you know what? I do! I bought more EA games in the last 3 years than any other company!

Mirror's Edge, Battlefield 2 & 3, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Kingdoms of Amalur, just to name a few.

Of all the big publishers, EA definitely doesnt suck as much and has the best games. Activision being themselves and Ubisoft with their stupid-ass DRM take the cake any day of the week.

I've pledged for Wasteland 2, The Banner Saga, Auditorium 2 and Takedown after I pledged for the Doublefine Adventure.

I've also pledged for the Idle Thumbs podcast and The High-Score 3rd Edition.

I'd never heard of Kickstarter before!

@mellowninja I'm the one who contacted Joystiq about my issues with my MLB 12's online pass. The first 3 email answers I got they told me something like ''You will receive a code within 24 hours'' or ''you will receive it by the end of the day'' but each time the code never came.

Now they're being inquisivite rather than helpful and demand scans or pictures of proof of purchase and demand a picture of both sides of the voucher. I thought my first picture was sufficient with all that laid out in one picture but I guess the picture was not clear enough or maybe something they needed was covered up. Everything they needed was there though (receipt number, front and back (I folded it) with the voucher code showing).

I swear, when I open one of Sony's emails now I hear the Benny Hill theme music playing. It's so ridiculous and I feel so helpless about all this. I emailed them back with a very clear picture for the front AND back and also provided my .pdf receipt from Bestbuy.ca today... but I really don't know what to do if they tell me that the information I provided them is invalid. The worst part is that it takes them DAYS to answer to my emails so I'll only know next week how this turns out.

It's a sad world when honest, paying customers have to go through all this just to get access to features that should have never been redeemable with a voucher in the first place.

The cost and risk is just too high

Well I'm buying Diablo III

AND Torchlight 2

Well, that just made my must-buy list. Was hesitant with just a port but they're adding so much to it that it'll be worth it
