Firstly, I applaud you for not saying multiple tasking.
Secodly, you're right, the iPhone doesn't allow you to jump from app to app. That's a +1 for Android, especially coming from a sidekick, if there's one thing I truly miss is how fast and snappy that jump shortcut was.
Also, the beauty pageant part is smart, but remember, this is America, so technically it is a beauty pageant. I've also never seen a Droid in person, but that's probably because it's too scared it'll be made fun of by all the pretty phones out there and have it's self esteem lowered, enter a phase of robot depression, and eventually try to kill himself.
The next Droid's going to be called DROID MARV (from hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, the sad robot)
Owning both G1 and 3GS I don't really understand what either phone does better than the other. I get my notifications, my calls and texts basically the same way, I can read them off both phones and receive phone calls on both phones and surf web. Are we forgetting that these are just phones? You know, the things people use to communicate?
The only REAL difference is the physical keyboard. Note, I didn't day real because a keyboard on the iPhone does exist, just without a tactile response; and the screen size.
Both companies are acting like middle school pussies.
Nice ad though, better than the iPhones in my opinion.
Also, I agree withthe person that said the Droid talks big shit for the new kid on the block. Verizon finally gets a good phone and they act like their shit don't stink.
