the risk is that if you are using a program that you only have once license for, and you are at work and trying to open it on your laptop, but it is already open on your desktop that is at your home, what are you supposed to do then?
@sam: what is he getting for "free" that he wouldn't otherwise be getting for free? I can see why publishers/editors/newseum would be mad about this app, but from an end-user standpoint, this isnt really that much different than an RSS reader collecting stories. Hopefully newseum puts out an app like this sometime soon, because this is an awesome idea
no one has noticing the fact that theyre making a distinction between a computer and a mobile device... wehn in reality the line is blurring, when does a "mobile phone" stop being "computer hardware" or vice versa i guess.
Again, Engadget, your inability to deliver unbiased reporting is absolutely astounding. This is an obvious attempt to HELP THE CONSUMER, and all you do is bash microsoft for... stickers?! STICKERS?! ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! STICKERS?! REALLY!? Do you know what would have been more effective than obviously mocking microsoft with a unicorn pasted over their OS? Maybe the actual logos? every console i've ever bought was in a sealed plastic bag inside the box that it came in, and so were the controllers/cables/whatever other accessories were in the box.

the bathroom floor is connected to the floor in the back storage room... im not sure how putting the console on the other side of the door would magically make them cleaner
