When Courtney Love had a shit fit over Kurt's image in GH5 it was an interesting headline. No Doubt suing Activision over their usage in Band Hero is just unoriginal less than a month later. Perhaps no other circumstance would warrant the following to be said:

"If Courtney Love has taught us anything, it's that...".

Haha. But seriously, No Doubt. Maybe you should fire someone on your management or legal team as opposed to waste time suing over a contract you clearly signed. Not to mention that anyone with a half-ass idea as to how the characters in the Hero series are used would've been able to warn you that you had in fact agreed to be used as a virtual stage whore of yourself.
