Personally (and I know I'm in the minority) but when it comes to video games I don't care at all about the story. The writer should do like I do, buy only the games he feels he will enjoy instead of complaining about the industry. If you want heavy story go watch a independent movie.

This game is a masterpiece in my opinion. Thought the slow pace of it would bother me a little but this it's perfect.

I like Mafia II accept for all the driving and if you are going to make me drive all over the place you really shouldn't have the police worry about you running light, speeding etc. That is really taking away from the experience for me.

I love the game. I think it becomes "cool" to slam games that get a few bad reviews or games that are highly anticipated. Same thing happened with GTA 4. It does a half billion dollars in sales in a couple of weeks and all of a sudden nobody likes it.

I don't want to give anything away but I'm at the part of the game where you do a lot of hand to hand fighting and am having a blast playing it.

I preordered this game from Amazon and almost a week after release still haven't received it yet. Last time I do that. I thought it would be here last Wednesday/Thursday tops. I was very excited about it but the constant bad reviews which I usually don't listen to and the waiting for it has given me slight buyer's remorse. Maybe that will change when I play it

I hate driving long distances and one thing I loved about GTA is the taxi system. Driving long times AND having to worry about my speed will probably aggravate me to no end. I'm still excited about this game though and preordered it from Amazon.

I'm not feeling the new Cole at all but will probably still pick up the game

@ToCoolforSchool Ok thanks. I never played Mafia but one thing I liked about the GTA series was that it sometimes remembered you were playing a video game and didn't send cops after you for stuff like that. This is a must buy game for me

I'm really really worried about being pestered by cops for running lights, speeding etc. I can see myself being extremely annoyed with that

Wow, me and my wife pay 180 bucks for two iphone 3gs and we have to share 700 minutes a month between us. Our contract doesn't expire until next august though but we definitely plan on leaving att because of the high prices
