April Fools: Nintendo games coming to iPad June 15
Apr 1st 2010 9:12PM (Joystiq)Pretty much, iPad = iPhone^2. Anyone wanting to compete with Apple is too focused on the iPhone because they know damn right the iPad is simply too expensive to be worth any good for informed buyers (the ones who carefully look something over, i.e. opposite of impulse buyers). It ONLY has about 300MHz extra CPU power over the iPhone, at like 2.5x the cost. Not worth it for informed buyers.
Need I mention the fact games will simply be pixel-doubled over their iPhone-native resolution?
Besides, this thing not only looks clunky to play games on, but I could see some major cramps trying to type on it the way it's depicted in commercials. It's hard enough to type on a DSi and getting thumb/index cramps. I don't need hand cramps.
