Barely any of the comments were even anything to do with the player's classes, you could have replaced these characters with any two other characters and not realised that it was meant to be part of the joke
They fought the trolls in Zul'Gurub because those trolls looked like they were going to bring about the extinction of trolls as a whole. Now they are fighting us for the same reason. I don't see much of a disconnect here.
They are doing things, they are adding both green fire and new models. They won't be finished quite in time for MoP to come around, but implying that they are doing nothing is frankly just not true.
All the current cosmetic glyphs affect shapeshifting mechanics, the visual effects of buffs or change the mechanics of spells.
There ARE no glyphs that change a projectile spell's model without making any other changes, and developing the system that would allow that to happen is why adding green fire is going to take a while. It'd be more work than it sounds and it is not high priority.
If this is why they don't play Warlock then it is their own fault, no promises about tanking or green fire were ever made and if someone read a dev saying "we might but this in but no promises" as "this is going to be in, I promise" then they brought their disappointment upon themselves.
They don't want it to be green across the board, that is the issue here. Wrath was an updating of outdated spell effects, this is merely a cosmetic change. You can see just by scrolling up that not everyone would use green fire if it were an option.
