A good family friend was the Director and creator of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, I got to be an extra in the 1988 sequel (as a two year old baby). And he used to send us a Beta Max tape of each episode of the cartoon. We didn't own a Beta Max player.

Everything about this vendor tells me this is a "captain placeholder" type of npc that gets you these items for the beta instead of actually having to find a scribe to do it in beta.

Affliction has been top DPS for the entirety of Cataclysm.

I like your idea about Enchanters being able to transmog the look of an enchant, but I think the best way to go about doing it is to be able to bring a scroll with the enchant you want on it to the Transmog Etherials and drop the scroll onto the weapon slot or a new enchant slot. Not sure if the doing this should consume the scroll or not though.
