The thing is, the in game bug report's also been missing on the PTR for I don't know how many months. At least since I tested Firelands last year. :p It's definitely been far too long for such an important feature.

Except delivery and middleman quests are zero skill anyway, they're just irritating time-wasters. Something I've always hated about some quest descriptions is, "SOA N'DSO is east of town, go find him." East. East tells me jack. I'll go 'east' and there's nothing. Soa is actually SSE, a gnome standing in a cornfield that has no roads leading to it. -_-

There's pretty much a clause in every contract nowadays that basically says, "we can basically change this contract how we like, and you're free to back out and lose everything if you don't like it". Yes, they can.
