It doesn't look like in this case that was true. However, in some it probably is and will be. A little bit too much condemnation without any analysis of the facts.

It doesn't seem like the juror did anything against state laws.

Definitely not a fan of the subscription model. I think apple should have a clause against it in the developers agreement to protect its customers.

It barely mentions that it dies more than halfway through the description of the app and could easily be missed by most buyers.

That said, it looks to be a very useful and well developed app.

Well I probably won't be buying world tour at launch, but, but if i can get the disc only and still have a decent experience with my rock band controllers then i might just buy it.

Ill wait for a review that mentions rock band compatibility.

Just wanted to say that I love these x3ftv things. It seems like you have quite a niche with these videos that i haven't seen satisfied quite as well anywhere else.

Why didn't you guys credit the original source: Lifehacker. Those guys and gals work really hard to put together great tips and guides and then don't get credit around the web. Plus seriously, that blog doesn't even have nearly as much information as the original post.

Is there a feedback system for them to collect information from the participants? If not, sounds like a demo to me.
