These systems should all allow you to shift to neutral shifting to neutral at high speeds (they should all keep you from shifting to reverse).

Carrera - Base model with rear wheel drive
Carrera 4 - AWD with a slightly wider body
Turbo - AWD with a turbo
Each of those come in both hard top and cabriolet (convertible), and each of those come in standard and S variants. Coming out to 4 variants total (base, cabriolet, S, S cabriolet) for each type (or 12 variants so far)
The Carrera 4's also come in Targa (and Targa S), which has a glass roof.
Then we have the GT line. Which are all RWD. The GT3, has a naturally aspirated engine, and based off the Carrera 4 body. The GT2, is a turbo based on the Turbo body. The GT3 also has a track ready version called the RS, which is lighter than the regular GT3.
