I set down downpour to play this and so glad i did. It all came back to me once i picked it up again after not playing it since its release. The game holds up to this day. I couldnt put it down and was still freaked and yelling at the screen at times when i turned a corner and there were 3 crazy nurses hitting me. i beat this game numerous times growing up and i still have no problem sitting down and playing again. the achievements are pretty bare bones like one for each boss you beat and something like 10 for various ways to beat the game. so if you can platinum this game you are a god of silent hill. as far as looks. holy hell this game looks better than downpour at times even for its age. also youll remember so weird kinda funny lookin stuff. i snapped this from the game last night. lol. http://i43.tinypic.com/b680mw.jpg
