Man, I don't get these complaints about having to start over from level 1 when you die. No one's ever like, "I hate Tetris because you have to start the game over from the beginning when you die!" It's not like you start a game of Monopoly with all the hotels you had in your last game.

After you win (or lose) a game of chess, you have to return to your opponent all of the pieces that you captured from them during the game. When you start a new game, all the pieces go back to where they started! Man, chess is an awful game.

Contra... four. C'mon guys, this is the only possible answer to this question.

Metroid Prime Pinball on advanced mode is actually really challenging.

Contra 4, without a doubt. The day I made it through the first stage with no continues--on Easy, mind you--was the happiest day of my life.

Etrian Odyssey is a close second, though as you descend and have more tools at your fingertips (both physical and strategic), it gets easier. (Not that I've gotten anywhere in the 6th stratum yet.)

OMG! Tiny enemy crabs!

Lame? I was hoping we'd get a port of realMyst. :( And what is that row of icons doing there? It's taking up like 1/5th of the screen! I can't imagine what purpose it serves - it's not like Myst has complicated inventory management or anything.

My favorite game is Phantom Hourglass. And I haven't played it yet.
