If I could only pick one game that was released in 2011, it would have to be this. Seriously, EDF 2017 is one of those games you either love or hate, and I love it for how much fun I've had and even today still am having trying to beat Inferno difficulty.

Hoping for much more content and refinement, this sequel looks to deliver.

That's pretty impressive, considering COD on the 360/PS3 doesn't run at too much a higher res.

Looks like a Canon DSLR in the start menu, not a good start! ^_^

Seriously though, Far Cry 2 was pretty terrible, hopefully 3 is a worthy of having Far Cry in the name.

My friend went crazy at this, at least until I pointed out it was (understandably) the simple version of Minecraft that you can play for free. I'm interested to see what Bad Company 2 looks like but honestly can't see it being too great looking on that hardware, but at least it should play well.

Defiantly not a final cover, so I have my doubts.

It seems like they reduced the amount of enemies to compensate for the graphics improvement. A shame, but it does look slick and I can't wait for release.

Seen this footage weeks ago, but wasn't posted on Joystiq. Thought the first Resistance was a a bit dull but this looks very interesting.

I can't remember what game this reminds me of, it was an Xbox 1 game Namco published where you could drive punch and shoot in first person. It began with H I think, and you would get attacked by alien, super humans and soldiers.

If its anything like that I'm very interested, being chased by powerful enemies at the start of the game while you're too weak to fight back was some of the most frantic fun I've ever had playing a video game.

For the price I thought it was a pretty complete package. I didn't like the *feel* of the weapons and combat. I was playing through the campaign and half way it just reset, so I didn't feel like playing through it all again. Multiplayer I didn't like, other players were higher ranked.

Maybe I'm used to Bad Company 2, which ran better for me as well. Despite these criticisms I would recommend it, I'm sure quite a few would enjoy the MP for the price.
