Because Bioware's lawyers would most certainly prefer Mars Effect. :D

Totally agree. I gave up on two KDF characters, largely because the early grind (pre-bump) From Lt. Cmdr up to Captain was just brutally monotonous to solo, and the stock ships were dull as dead gagh.

Then I fell in love with the new Orion and Nausi ships, and doffed my way from 38 to 50. Now I'm genuinely STOked to get through the KDF missions and pimp my fleet bank. ;)

@b3n
Yeah. It depends entirely on your settings. The target box will always tell you the target's (friend or enemy) level relative to yours, which should be accurate to your difficulty setting as well.

Cases where you can deliberately fight lower NPCs include sector space encounters, and Fleet Actions where you can set the enemy/loot level for the whole map.

Assuming no encounters get boosted, it will be loads of fun doing an Orellius Red Alert at 60! Still have my screenshot with that tac cube blowing up. :p

Really there is no "Steam version", it just acts as the launcher's launcher, and you can change your shortcut if you don't want time racking up on the Steam counter. (Just broke 350 hours myself.)
You are also able to use your Steam wallet for C-Points, but I had never bought C-points from the store itself before, so it took me a while to notice where the option was...

>> Ideally, the NPC dialogue would pull from the player's selected title as opposed to the title issued by the game.

FINALLY! The accolade title "Moist" gets its due!
Oh wait, Al meant a *third* tier of titles. That's cool, I guess. /pout

@liam It's really tough to photograph chrome well. I would not be at all surprised if these promo shots were 3D renders.

@(Unverified) Al tweeted several pics after the visit, including his "funky" The Maxx statue. :D Also you can go check STOked episode 100 for a bunch of video inside the offices.
