They just should have sell it to Take 2 or whoever wanted it for $100M a year or so back. They would have had a capital to make whatever they wanted and not release a half-done mediocre game.
As I come from the Czech Republic, where the series has it's origins and it's one of those games that are overexpectated I read ton of info (I would say all of it and more, what world's media get) about the game. Great deal of the info are gameplay videos, there has to be at least an hour of the actual gameplay.
