No you don't understand, all these people that backed the project will get the game not have to purchase later. The whole point of the project was to give double fine capital to make a game many been asking for but no investor has been willing to put up the cash for, so we the adventure lovers just do it ourselves.

The while thing will be recorded as its being made so you also get so see how the game is made which is rare. Even if it fails it will still be interesting but they are very well respected for their past games.

Awesome classic game, up there with Freespace 2, x-wing/tie fighter as some of the greastest space sim ever.

After grabbing a copy of the English version at gamersgate i must say the game looks beautiful and runs like a dream on my PC. It has some bugs but the gameplay and crafting is solid. Melee, magic, range has own fun mechanic that is very fun and challenging.

Magic and armor crafting is also very very nice, every armor and weapon can be broken down into pieces to upgrade other weapons then you can put gems into them as well etc

I didn't play the first one but this one is a winner in my book.

Gordon freeman and master chief from halo, even though i am not much of a fan of halo i will love to see a head to head between these 2 mainstream heroes.

Plus i bet Gordon can handle the flood with his crowbar and master chieft knows how to deal with invading alien species in HL lol

Because people make an uproar before they even try the changes, best to just release it when patch is out so they can actually test the changes and not theorize.

Of course a harem of women so we can continue the human race hehe

But honestly some books on basic survival stuff and my PC with as much game install as possible to last me a few years with a solar powersupply.

@Diogenes The problem is not that they are defending their games against pirate but the way they go about it, punishing everyone that purchase the game with this draconian DRM is stupid and still gets cracked. So in the end only the one that pay for it end up suffering.

BTW almost all recent games on 360 are online being pirated before the release, for example right now kane and lynch release on 8/17 is circulating out there.

I know for sure they lost sales on their games, i didn't buy it because of their DRM both settler 7 and AC2.

Was the DRM worth all that negative publicity to ubisoft got? I don't know why a company would do something that stupid and in the end the games still got pirated.

@(Unverified) should be able to find the cd key there somewhere as it is require for the online version of it. It may be the same key


I just go into the test of this free to play version, already own the original and it is awesome so hoping is popular but with starcraft 2 just around the corner is kinda hard to pick, well no starcraft 2 for a while lol
