Actually 165 Kcal in 30 minutes isnt that better than nothing.
Your pulse need to be above a certain level for at least 20 minutes for your workout to have any effect at all (unless your old or in a really bad shape).
working out at such a low intensity is basically a waste of time.

165 Kcal during a 30 minute workout ? Thats shockingly low !
I bet even fast walking beats it .
Im only in average shape and does 700 - 800 Kcal during my daily workout.

PGR4 is still my absolute favourite racer, I just hope they include 4 player split screen this time.

the save files wont affect me anyhow. Will definitly get the pc version this time.
Even my old GTS 8800 destroys anything xbox 360/ps3 can manage.
I wonder how much more popular pc ports will become as the consoles graphics becomes more and more inferior to even mid range graphics cards.
