Too true lol. Don't even get me started on the unverified thing, Joystiq's online is worse than Nintendo's. Considering that Joystiq is a website, well that's just sad.

I'm betting he was referring to movie/tv licenses. That would obviously exclude the awesomeness that is Arkham Asylum. Not farmiliar with Transformers game, but Ultimate Alliance was awful, Incredibles probably was better than that.

Between the poor netcode and super cheapness of Shao Kahn (I can get through the rest of expert without losing a match just to spend over an hour trying to get past him), I feel MK2011 missed a lot of potential. It’s a given that any arcade release is going to be super cheap in order to eat quarters, so without decent netcode the arcade collection isn’t worth the money, even if it does seem to be a good deal.

Too bad NRS can’t get someone else to program the online, guess I’ll stick with the old Sega Saturn for multiplayer in classic MK.

So what happens if I attach my motionplus brick onto this gold Wiimote when I play Zelda? Does it go from 1:1 to 2:1 movement? I've got one more motionplus brick I can stick at the end of that one too.

I feel it's overrated actually. There's an epic game buried underneath somewhere, but between the abysmal netcode and terrible difficulty spikes when facing Shao Kahn, I really feel they dropped the ball. It's a damn shame too, because otherwise this would be a AAA fighter, but as it stands it's only good for local multiplayer. Even playing with friends online is a chore since roughly 80% of the matches don't connect for some reason and KotH mode keeps freezing the game up.

I don't know about this, the netcode for MK 2011 is SO bad, why should I think this is any better?
