This is nothing new. I'm sure both companies pay each other royalties for other patents and intellectual properties.

I really don't think this is a shocker or anything. Yes, Sony and Microsoft are competitors in the gaming market. But, Sony makes laptops with Windows on it. Also, There might have been an existing contract for the PS Vita prior to Microsoft buying Skype.

In the end of it, all major competitors in the electronics industry have patent and ip agreements. and that is just business works.

I'm cheatin like a mofo. lol Platinum-ed Infamous already. this news plus all goodies in the "Hero Edition" version. Sucker Punch just punched this into orbit.

Infamous is a great title on its own. Don't see the point of people bringing up the network being down. Just to enjoy a great title

Sony just can't win for losing.

They send out a shirt just as a gesture to say thank for participating in the beta. And people complain that its not good enough

Being what appears to be a PSN/XBLA game wouldn't bother me as much. If they announce a real Burnout retail game the caliber of Paradise.

Instead of, releasing 3 NFS titles in about a years time. Criterion could've been making another kick ass Burnout instead of NFS:HP. yeah, Hot Pursuit was a good game. But, It just felt like Burnout without all the fun modes.

Yeah, that's induced by fear mongering media outlets. That always sensationalize ever story that they report for ratings and site views.

People that file these lawsuits just to make money off of situations like these. Are just as bad, if not worse, then the people who cause them.

Then people wonder why everything cost so damn much in this day and age.

I need early retirement just to keep up with all these games this year. And its only April.

PSN mini port could've used some more polish. frame rate and hitching sucks at times.
