Actually, if this guy doesnt watch out and hires a terrible good lawyer, he can (and by the looks of it will) get counter sued for diffamation charges, he may end up in the other side of one of his million dollar sues and end up in jail or making payments for the rest of his life. All he needs is to get a judge with little sense of humor for frivolous lawsues. to top it off some of these companies (i.e. Microsoft) are considered experts in courthouse situations.

p.s. it is worth to mention he is (obviously) already paying lawyer services, and legal fees, if companies stall him for a few years and then give him nothing he will actually end up in debt instead of making money for this class act he is pulling.

Seriously though, Is good for lucas arts to start working on their own IP's but im sure they can conjure up something a lot more interesting and important than a slow paced game with a puzzle mechanic that has been done thousands of times before. (even for a casual low budget game)

Maybe is time for big studios to start hunting down good independent game designers so they can provide actual original ideas? it certainly seems like it. (Boba fett might be up for the job, just specify you need them alive)

Hmm.. guys? I think you are making too much fuzz out of the pricing scheme, if you already have or bought recently (at a discounted price no doubt) force unleashed and you want to enjoy the new dlc, all you have to do is buy the new DLC, all you are missing is 1 out of the 3 dlc packs that comes with the special edition, and Im pretty sure it will be eventually be offered as DLC. No one is forcing you to buy the whole thing again.

You have to realize they are doing it this way so fans who havent bought the first one, have some extra encouragement to buy the whole package in one go.

I think the actual problem is this, we know games are gathering just as much money as movies, we know the Wii has made games accesible to a large percent of the population, then how come the only channel that has a good award show for videogames is Spike Tv and is sponsored by mountain dew? I mean seriously? The best we can hope to get from Spike is a ripoff of the mtv movie awards and thats exactly what we've got. (even with unapropiate movie skits) also just so you know it.

Games are mainstream, they are not digital beer or playboy magazines, the day a network like Turner, abc, cbs, fox gets that inside their hard skull is the day the start making money from us by presenting a good classy award show for actual quality gaming. Also probably the quality of games could be affected by knowing they have a best shot at sales if they are awarded for their artistic, entertainment value. (similar to an academy award)

Is about time networks stop trying to boycott videogames (seriously nobody younger than 60 believes the "games are a threat" campaigns anymore) and try to make profit from them instead.

Holly recycling Batman!, they are actually reusing the werewolves and the mine trolls from fable 1? How could they? this story is supposed to be hundred of yeas after that!

How do I want to be? i dont want to be the guy who gets convinced to buy exactly the same game twice.

Where are the innovations? the new environments, enemies and missions that fable needed so much? and for pete's sake enough of the dog! everybody knows that's just a gimmick!

Thats so silly, why all retro/cartoon/casual gaming fans think good graphics equals bad gameplay or lack of innovation? Bad graphics equals good gameplay and innovation then?

The day we achieve photorrealism in games, we will have extremely realistic and impressive experiences in gaming. And the Jack Thompsons of the world will expontaneously combust. I cant wait! ( I do think movies would be in trouble, at least crappy movies)

It doesnt mean they would stop creating any other type of gaming, did they stop making cartoons when Movies were created? no actually there are more Cartoon studios now than Ever in history. So stop worrying. Traditional gaming will still have a place. (also is not like every studio is going to be crazy/rich enough to build one of these photo-games in a heart beat)

Sorry but I just didn't liked it. Plus is too expensive for that sort of game. if it were less expensive ($5) I would probably buy it for my kids. But at that price, no way.

Also the timing is terrible, geometry wars 2 is awesome, castle crashers is coming, soul calibur 2 costs a lot *plus dlc on the way and force unleashed is knocking the door.

Maybe this guy should consider porting it to Wiiware, it seems like the sort of audience he is looking for. and they are starving for games (any kind!)

Hmm.. good point there. Although I havent noticed the resemblance to be honest, maybe because I havent played Bionic Commando rearmed yet? I mean the original Bionic commando doesnt play like that at all. And before you suggest it, that flash game was not mine.

Also Im no fanboy I dont even have a Wii, but does Nintendo know about this little "homage" to them? being sold at $15.00 in a rival company console no less?

I support independent developers but unfortunately there are far more inventive indie games than this left outside in the cold, a lot more.

Nice graphics and style but next time try to actually make a game with it? I mean seriously $15 for a Single player Mario clone? Not my cup of tea, sorry.

Sorry, but I seriously just can't see what is so great about Braid to me is just a pretentious rip off of mario bros 1 with just a dash of prince of persia, seriously Ive seen far more inventive platformers as free flash games. (http://www.nitrome.com/games/finalninja/)

Innovative game design? is 2008, A enemy pops out in a platformer and the only way you can deal with it is to jump in its head? I mean, seriously, really?
