Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City adds 'Nemesis Mode' DLC exclusively for Xbox 360

Mar 5th 2012 12:04PM (Joystiq)
@Dekkadekka While I agree with you for the most part and have a pretty serious hate on for the XBox Three-Shitty (as I've had 3 of the pieces of crap break on me in my life) the decision to charge is up to Microsoft, not Capcom. Microsoft is incredibly restrictive of DLC on XBox live, in almost every case it MUST be payed DLC, that's why Valve stopped supporting Team Fortress 2 on the Xbox and they basically gave Microsoft the finger

PSA: ME3 on the 360 can't import ME2 saves in (or transferred by) the cloud

@Butmac
In what world does PC suck troll? My $550 laptop can max anything on xbox360/ps3 (really not that hard) and unlike the xbox three-shitty (see what I did there) my laptop will actually last. Frankly I doubt I'll buy another console again, especially after going through 3 separate 360s

Bethesda: 'DOOM 4 isn't cancelled'

One game and you start shitting all over ID tech 5. Who's to say they can't fix these fairly minor problems as the Unreal Engine did? And I say minor because after the patch I haven't had any texture issues with Rage whatsoever, and I'm not even running a nice computer.
I have had other issues with the game, like being bored to tears, but it looks fan-freaking-tastic

@jackal A valid point, but the Unreal 3 engine suffered from awful texture issues at first and it turned out to be one of the premier engines of this generation. They ought to be able to work it out by Doom 4.
I hope...

@Anarqi
Textures are not the sole indicator of a game engine's quality. Certainly I hope they have nice textures for Doom 4, but the framework of the engine is solid my friend

@Anarqi Nothing wrong with the RAGE engine, I think it's pretty effin great. The game on the other hand... Plus they will totally use it, being that it's their next big engine

Christ. I bought a Samsung R525. It has a Quad Core, ATI 4200 onboard and 6 gb of ram, I can max damn near anything for $550 (Canadian)

@eescala7 That's a painfully uninformed opinion. Care to try again?

I see this kind of like redesigning the beloved X-Wing fighter, making it all weird and rounded, then packing missle racks in riddiculous places. I can see liking the aesthetic, but I don't dig it and all of those guns certainly would not fit on a mech by the Battletech rules. It may be a fun game, but it's certainly not a faithfull representation of the licence.
