Nah i mean the cool weapons that are in the game, like the needle grenade thing, the gun that shoots through walls and bring up an energy shield on alt fire, the sniper rifle that slows time, the tracer rounds etc, they are cool weapons that should add something more then just run and gun gameplay.

You said its nothing new, in the weapons department alone it brings something new to the genre. Maybe if you stop worshipping halo 24/7 and research the game a bit you would know.
