It's been clear for awhile that, for whatever reason, BioWare has been bleeding scaring off some of its top talent.

Why would a new contractual arrangement be necessary for someone to "focus on the creative side"? My based-on-nothing hunch is that Ueda is splitting his time between this project and a second passion project (possibly not for Sony or maybe not even a game) and this new "contractual arrangement" was necessary just to keep him involved at all.

I guess this means we're never going to get a sequel to "Jungle Beat"
