The SAS is gone, you can now pick your stats.... It's more expensive, but it's a little better.

You can also buy avatars off the AH, you don't need to spend money on this game at all. (I don't, but I use surveys sometimes...)

And as far as I know, the rare avatars are not BOP, you can find them on the AH or trade channel as well.

Korea has the "Fair Arena" now I believe, I don't know anything about it but it seems like it will change PVP pretty much completely.

I'd like the Forsaken World prize because.... Oh, wait. :(
