Agreed, but all annual reports for publicly traded companies (yes, this falls outside of that) are required to cite every single possible downfall. Read a couple hundred of them and, like it or not, you realize how powerful MS really is.

Anyway, my point was that it's not out of the ordinary for business people to say, "Here's what we're doing, but this thing could crumble pretty quickly.", especially businesses the size of SouthPeak.

Got it for cheap off of an inflatables decoration site, along with an animated ghost on horse (very Gannon in OoT). Neighborhood kids love it, and it warms my cold heart.
