I’m going to try to get Microsoft to step up and fix this problem.

If you’ve had a CD or DVD scratched by an XBox360, I’d like to hear from you. You must be 18 or older, permanently reside in the United States and be the actual purchaser of the XBox. You must also have purchased your XBox within the last 90 days.
