Yeah I agree. This game actually has a balanced multiplayer, don't get me wrong I loved playing guardian in gears 2, but the beta was the best balanced multiplayer I've played since ...I was going to say a halo game but I thought it was more balanced then any of them.

Yeah you can roll into ppl and shotgun but its not the only choice. You can actually develop diverse playing styles that aren't just "class based".

Oh yeah and horde is awesome.

Woah ,Easy man, have you played the game yet? I'm sure it will play very similar to DMC in which case it will intense but still smooth enough to get into a rythym. Just hope capcom doesn't give Asura's Wrath Lost Planet-esque controls. That is what's known as clunky as shit.

Okay... Not sure why you think that. If no one bought XBLA games they wouldn't raise the prices and get away with it, or hell if they were that unpopular they would put out a lot less games and not crank one out every week or so. You kind of sound like a playstation sort of guy, but I don't want to jump to conclusions.

Sad to see a great writer leave, joystiq has the best IMO.

Playing a little reach and then Devil May Cry 4... Hell or Hell mode really separates the boys from the men. Might start some Bayonetta on "nonstop infinite climax mode" after I'm through with Dmc4.

@Protege420 You mean you use a 1/4 inch jack to 2.5mm adapter. It's talking about the diameter of the plug/socket the wire goes in, not the length. If it is a 3" inch jack...Dammnnn.

by the way i know that the angry pro consumer gamer is too dumb to read into the storyline of any game but guess what marathon (from my experience from durandal) is PART OF THE HALO UNIVERSE its just in the future. The two games are intertwined which is one reason why in halo reach you can use the marathon symbol (not the seventh column the thing that pops up on all the terminals). Plus the only reason why you even like marathon is because it was originally released on the mac and i will go out on a limb and say the only reason you are here trolling a wonderful franchise is becuase you hate microsoft. ( i know i came across like a troll... dont care)
