@Vidikron My point is they were spending more money producing a separate game than they would shipping it as DLC. They are hoping that more people with FIFA will be prompted to pick it up as such. It's not so much a matter of doing a service to the customer but realizing that better profit margins lay with producing the content as DLC.

All I'm saying is people shouldn't treat EA as this benevolent fairy godmother for making UEFA a DLC add-on to FIFA12. The decision was driven by the market demands.

And EA showed how much they "cared" about the consumer by buying an exclusive NFL Game License so they could continue charging $60 year after year for incremental updates? When their number crunchers finished the calculations, they realized they would make more money with UEFA as an add-on to FIFA (requiring those who didn't want FIFA to purchase but also gaining those who own FIFA as an add-on.

Consumer interest in mind huh?

The frog reminds me of the Battle Toads. The Lonestar guy I was straight from Bravestarr http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BraveStarr (a Native American space cowboy). Looks awesome. Very interesting that it's 2d. That will remove comparisons to the equally awesome Monday Night Combat. Definitely on my radar.
