Probably why Diablo III took so long. Steve, you done with that last level? Uhh... almost, maybe just a year or two more.

New Xbox Live terms of service prevent class action lawsuits against Microsoft [update: opting out not allowed]

This is not a settlement agreement. This is not going to prevent Microsoft from getting sued. It would only slow down the lawsuit.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword review: Such great heights

Probably a little picky but 4 1/2 stars for Skyward Sword and 5 stars for Rayman? Both great games but not really even the same league.

Before everyone breaks out their trusty conservative-bashing baseball bats so popular on these sites. I don't think Clayton Morris was really buying into this crap and did a pretty good job interviewing a guy about something even he seemed to believe was stupid. I'm thinking whoever sets these things up might be getting in a little trouble for not doing some research.

On an aside, anyone else remember Clayton Morris when he used to be on CNET's Tech show? He's not a conservative pundit like some people might think and is quiet the nerd.

Mind-based PC game controller offers downloadable game demo

Dec 31st 2009 1:22PM (Big Download)
My guess is the company just figured out how to lift dollars out of their customers wallets just using their minds. They probably got complaints there was no real in-game application so they created some demo that randomly lifts rocks. Then you have to sit there and wonder did you think about lifting the rock after or before you saw it being lifted?

I know I'm cynical but don't you think if this was really real that this wouldn't just be some high-priced toy? (I mean I would expect some other applications of this kind of technology.) Kind of reminds of the x-ray glasses that were advertised in the back of comic books years ago. However, this is one of those times I'd love to be proven wrong.
