It sounds interesting, but this new PSP-Slim(Lite) is now available in Hong Kong Store! Every one can buy one, and this is an official release.
Although, I don't know why Hong Kong got this new baby before US and even JP!!!
Beside, there was no huge promotion on the release of this little baby, strange. This PSP actually in stock on yesterday. (30/8) But some shop got some early stock and sold them on 29/8!!!
We only got three colors, black, white and silver. And the price is around HK$1280 (~=US$164)

Actually, it's not only can use in MTR. You can use this wi-fi service all over HK in any hotspot next to you. This service is actually provided by PCCW. http://www.pccwwifi.com/eng/index.htm

I'd like to know how many power(Walt) consumed by each console.

I'm from Hong Kong.
Here is the news from Hong Kong as I know.
Firstly, the ps3 60GB is really HKD$3780(USD$486) and 20GB for HKD$3180(USD$408).
However, there is only around 16 shops got the stock and may be each shop only have around 20 ps3.
Moreover, the reservation for the 1st-lot is over. That's means no more people can get a ps3 on 17NOV.
Um....more serious problem is...
the price are actually mis-leading, because the shop with stock are seem to be forced (by sony) to sell the ps3 with 3 games. (RIDGE RACER 7, GENJI, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM Target in Sight) and may be forced you to buy one more controller to get the ps3.
That means the price should be included (HKD$370(USD$47)(games) x 3 + HKD$320(USD$41)(controller)).
Finally the price should be around HKD$5200(USD$668) for ps3+3games+1controller.
Of course there should not be any stock on the 1st day for the people without reservation.
The 2nd-lot are said to be available in late Nov or early Dec. (Really...?!?)
