Apple can charge what they want, that is correct but they aren't allowing the developer to charge what they want, and therein lies the problem.

Doesn't matter if there is a filing or not, if DC can prove they've traded using the name, and that their product was known before as Mafia Wars then Zynga could be on the end of a Zinger.

Do Nintendo have exclusivity on this? To me this seems like a no brainer for an iOS and Android port.

But most countries are doing that already. When bulbs are replaced in UK traffic lights, they are replacing them with LED ones. Most new cars are coming with LED lights as standard here too.

I've not seen the film, but I've seen plenty of the FX shots on screen and frankly, i'm amazed it cost $100,000,000. Irons has a bit part, Carlyle and Malkovich don't really cost that much, Guillory and Speelers cost pence, and the FX looked ropier than the Oley Sassone Fantastic Four movie.
