It takes a little more to understand Gates' future, thats why the competitors kept falling down on the wayside. He acknowledged that in the video.

Dell also has a 'system restore' setting, which flashes back to a virgin intall (with the dell-ware) - or as it was when you first got your system. I think the whole process just takes 3 or 4 minutes. All your data will be lost though.
