Nov 23rd 2011 12:10PM (Joystiq)That's exactly why I have no interest in competitive multiplayer in general, not just SC2, although SC2 is the worst in that respect. I understand why that kind of experience is so addicting for certain types of gamers, but it's just not for me.
That said, I LOVE playing easy, stress-free matches pounding the AI into the pavement every now and then. Just building up a base and seeing all of the chaos flashing on the screen is quite cathartic and enjoyable.

Nov 17th 2011 6:10PM (Joystiq)I understand why most people won't find something like this to be a worthwhile proposition at $60, especially with the plethora of amazing titles out this holiday season, but for me there's something to be said for a quick and breezy action-packed romp on an idle afternoon as a nice change of pace from time-sucking behemoth games like Skyrim, Saints Row, et al.
