Opera Mini 6 and Opera Mobile 11 for Android are also out today

IE7 mobile still the only choice for us WP7 users :(

So FF4 is done, tomorrow is lunch day so developers are allowed to relax and party a bit... I will be expecting Minefield 5.0a1pre on Wednesday :P

@Sebastian Anthony The opera logo (pre version 10?) used to have a shadow, looked really ugly IMO

You dont have to go back to 2008 to compare downloads. Opera with a tiny market share compared to IE managed to get 6.7 million download on the first day of Opera 11, 3-4 months ago.

I think this is another indicator that "tech savvy" users that like to have the latest technology have already moved on from IE.

Looks like a similar approach to the new IE9 logo.

Both new logos have lighter/washed out colors and are flatter than the previous shiny glassy logos

A new design trend for logos maybe?

Given Opera's rapid development cycle, 11.10 final should be out in a week or 2 and hopefully the hardware accelerated 11.50 will be next

Sega and Fox settled out of court so there is no precedent based on that case, and given that there is a GTA clone game genre, I doubt the game industry was faced by Sega's attempt to stop a crazy taxi clone

They didn't plagiarize anything, gameplay can't be copyrighted. Thats why we have multiple games of the same genre, if it could be copyrighted there would be about 10 games available, 1 first-person shooter, 1 racing sim, 1 RPG, ...

Rovio can claim the name is too similar to their (almost certainly trademarked) Angry Birds and have them change it, but thats about it.

In related news the latest IMDb WP7 app update broke the app. The app shows the splash screen and then crashes

IE9 (32 bit only), FF4 (I'm assuming because minefield has it) Chrome and Opera all have Jump Lists in Windows 7 and all have private browsing as a task in their lists
