No game is perfect. None. If there was a perfect game out there, there would be no reason to make more games. Therefore, seeing games (any games, not just LBP) score 100/100 or 10.0 or whatever the scale may be is simply foolish.
That being said, reviews aren't commandments. They are opinions of the person reviewing. As in posts earlier, the reason LBP can get a 9 AND SR2 can get a 9 on EuroGamer is because 1) people have varying opinions, and 2) because frequently reviewers are designated a specific genre, so SR2 might be a 9 in comparison to other GTA clones, and LBP might be a 9 in comparison to other platformers. Part of that problem comes because that isn't a distinction made tangible within the reivew. It's something we are either made to assume, or, as in these comments, poised to dispute.
Just my two cents.
