Wow. Thanks for the response. It is a shame you used the opportunity to undermine your own journalistic integrity rather than address the very real issue of in blog "hearts and mind" advertising. I think Joystiq did an article about passive advertising in blog comments within the last month. Maybe you should read it....

Anyway, you're definitely furthering the cause of bloggers everywhere. I'm sure your shining example inspires journalists and bloggers alike. Hell - I bet you win blogger of the year...

While I understand how one could be insulted by the insinuation - I also think what I said was constructive and perhaps fostered mindfulness. Integrity is something you have even when it is called into question. Deleting posts questioning integrity definitely supports reason for the question. For some reason - the post was readded. I think that's rather interesting. The times stamps are a bit off but - I'm glad someone else is moderating.

As for trading and reselling.. I really don't think they are synonymous in any conversation especially between friends and if a friend suggested that I trade in a brand new console for game credit - his/her sanity/intelligence would be called into question.

I sent an email through the contact form and recieved no response. If it is an honest mistake - I'd like to know.

and yea... I'd definitely give it as a gift...

I just downloaded it and played it for a bit. It is really as great as I remember it. Try out the demo and see if you like it. The game is fairly long and with online co-op this game is gonna rock for quite a while..

definitely worth 10 bucks....

I chose sepll cehck because its ironic and it lets me not have to worry so much about spelling mistakes/grammar...

cause it takes a real asshat to point out spelling mistakes to a person whose name is spell check mispelled... really - just troll prevention and a good laugh.. I used to be Godot and barcode - but - I don't like adding numbers to my names...

I don't believe Aaron Stanton knows what he is talking about. I don't think he read her response and fails to make a coherant arguement.

He still uses generic talking points when discussing violence in video games but fails to take note that violence is a broad term and that pac man and what not is being rated under an entirely different violence category than Grand Theft Auto.

I think he's just trying to get even more hits....
