Sci-fi MMO Star Legends launches on the Android OS

Aug 13th 2011 6:31AM (Massively)
SpaceTime Studios has always shown a preference to Android. It doesn't surprise me that they launched on Android first. Apple's approval process is no secret and they could've easily done a simultaneous launch but they chose not to.

By alienating iOS users in such a deliberate manner has caused me some ire. When I tried to voice this on their blog. I found my post quickly censored and deleted. This isn't the first time they've shown such totalitarian acts. I hope other iOS users will let their dollars speak for them whenever it is released. Make them understand that we do not like being treated as second class citizens.

How would you change Apple's iPad?

It would have been nice if there was an optional on screen keyboard like some of the mock-ups had where it's split and smaller on the lower corners for two handed thumb thumb typing.

A stylus would have been nice for drawing, but it's not too big of a deal since we can purchase a Pogo stylus. Overall, I'm very happy with my iPad.

The problem lies in the card readers/writers. They are all USB based and will bottleneck these things. Hopefully, USB3 will change that.

I still have a sour taste in my mouth from old Linksys routers that regularly need me to crawl under my desk to unplug/replug to reset because of poor routing.
