Mar 30th 2012 11:01AM (Joystiq)Ah, didn't think of that. Totally makes sense.
And I wasn't trying to find excuses for Microsoft or any other company at all. These issues should definitely be addressed and solved. My question was one out of curiousity, more to see why people would use their credit cards over the point cards. Thanks for the answer!

Feb 7th 2012 9:58AM (Joystiq)I agree with you about what the purpose of a demo is but Meghterb1985 can't say that the game doesn't deserve 5 stars when he has only played the demo and the full game. You can determine if a game is of any interest to you by a demo but to determine if it is a 1-star or 4-star or 5-star game based purely on a demo? That's not fair.

Jan 30th 2012 9:11AM (Joystiq)How is that greedy? They are a *business* that makes games for a living, not a charity. They released the base game for FREE. Of course they are going to have you pay for extra stuff so that they can afford to pay themselves.
The fact that you paid for unlimited turns is a testament on how great of a game it is. I bought it for my wife and she hasn't stopped playing the game for the past few days. Best $4.00 I have ever spent.
