Having day one DLC most definitely does not mean it was finished in time to release it on the game disc, and any cries of greed or foul play here are completely unfounded unless you were actually in the studio during development. Is it possible it could have gone on disc? Yeah, but the content you get on disc goes gold (i.e. disc is printed and can't be worked on anymore) at least a month before the release date, sometimes more, and the studio is free to work on DLC during the remaining time between gold and release, making it available on or around day-one. If you don't think the disc has 60 dollars of content, don't buy it, but the presence of day-one DLC isn't just cause to throw up your arms in frustration at a company's supposed greed.
