Cool for self-checkout offering areas, but I don't want to hand them my phone if there is no self-checkout.

Could just pickup a clearance PRS-505 or a Sony Reader Pocket Edition both with true e-ink screens for only $20 more.

There are guides to triple boot OS X, Windows, and Ubuntu on macs so pretty sure this is possible too.

Regardless of the back-lit keyboard feature, after having one of the older plastic Macbooks for a while and upgrading to a 13" Macbook Pro I say the $200 is worth it for the Aluminum casing alone.
