And the ppl who are suing Take 2 for Hot Coffee need their brains sorting out. Either that or putting them in the game and have someone steal their car at gunpoint. Or be a tradgedy of a street race or something.
All of it is an adult game dammit!

I think that the way the system works in the UK is good - particularly adult games (eg. Doom, GTA, Manhunt) have film-type ratings that everyone knows and respects.
I think some time should be given to play the game - some is better than none.
I'm not sure how much of an effect the ESRB rating has in the uk - I think most ppl ignore it or don't know of it here.
