It's nothing to do with how many devices people have. Like the Wii, they'll merely disable actual BD movie playback through the software, simply because they don't want to pay the licensing fees. Nintendo has a long history of this.
It's neither good, nor bad. Just really generic and average and as un-Duke-Nukem-like as it gets. If it wasn't for the history of the game, it would be totally forgettable.
