Graphics + gore do not equal "fun" in my opinion. I feel kind of sorry for anyone who feels that they do.

Its a game copying device. It copies games which is pirating. I'm going out on a limb here, and I'm gonna guess they then sold the copied games.

Amen! You said that much more eloquently than I was going to. Just look at the recent line up for Nintendo from Ubidayz. And rececently an Ubisoft forum moderator just said it how it is. They have no interest in developing AAA titles for the Wii. http://kotaku.com/5012051/ubi-forum-moderator-wii-games-are-not-amazing-new-aaa-games
Actions speak louder than words and thier upcoming line up for wii tells me I wont be buying anything from Ubisoft until there is a major shift in there business philosophy.

no character creation + no online play + no dlc + no gh3 guitar compatibility = no sale.
gh3 was also farmed out to other developers for the wii version, but vicarious vision put some effort forth and made a good game. Pi studios made the ps2 version, transferred it to the wii, and called it a day. Obviously both versions were an afterthought, with the main focus on ps360, but if you put forth time resources and effort to make a good product ill buy it. thats why i bought gh3 for the wii and why i will not be buying rock band wii.

How many times has it been said here on joystiq that video games have no effect on behavior. I thought it was just those stupid politicians with a motive that said video games effect children. If thats the case, what difference does it make when you let children start playing M rated games?
