If Sony Ericsson's recent unveiling of the Xperia Arc is anything to go by, this will be announced soon. They did say that the Arc was the first in a brand new generation of Xperia's for 2011.

Not sure what I think of this though, I mean it's still Ericsson making the phones, could they really pull off a Pocket Playstation? Hopefully it will play PSP games though, otherwise there's almost no need for it with psx4droid already out there. (and Rage Racer with accelerometer steering even works on my low spec Xperia X8 )

@DustbinK Indeed... Infact I can already play some basic PS1 games on my crappy Xperia X8 :P

People still play Pirates? I've never once played a Pirate game since PS1 that has worked properly. Always just used them as demo's.

@monkey with glasses Sony Ericsson ditched symbian last year BECAUSE of the vivaz being such a failure. They use Android now.

Why do they use a dongle instead of just bluetooth? :| Odd

Any idea if this is going to be in the UK on PS3 as well? We only just got Secret of Monkey Island last week :| I hope we don't have to wait as long for this!!

Gimme better free game downloads and I might consider. But mini's and PS1 classics just don't cut it.
