I would have to imagine these games would be slightly cheaper in the US. But at most I would think... $10 cheaper, which still leaves you $65 - $75, and that's pretty crazy if you ask me.

I coudln't play Fusion Frenzy. The announcer guy sounded kind of like Phil Hartman, so everytime I would try to play the game I would ust get sad. WHY MUST THE GOOD DIE YOUNG?

they need to define what this means...

by HDMI do they mean they are including HDMI cables with premium? Adding HDMI output to core? What does it mean?

Also, was that price announced yet in Japan? Is this a price drop or the first they've heard of it? Also, is this worldwide or just in that region?

P.S. Why is it a big deal that the price is including tax? They have a national sales tax, which makes it easy for companies to quote a tax inclusive price. I believe almost every advertised product there has tax included in the advertised price.

Wii sports really pisses me off, because I am planning on buying like, 9 games at the launch of the Wii, and Wii sports was NOT one of them.

And it's not really a free pack in game when the console costs almost exactly the price of a game more than it's Japanese counterpart which doesn't include said game.

But oh well, there's still 8 games I want at launch(MP3 was pushed back) so I'm still all over it.

I wouldn't blame Red Octane. They seem cool. It's almost certainly parent company Activision behind this, because everyone knows Activision are dicks.

Wii Guitar Hero would be awesome.

Also, the Guitar peripheral would be cheaper to make, one would think. You would plug the Wii in the front somewhere, and let it handle the accelerometers, wireless transmission, and power the thing. The peripheral itself would just need the frets, strum bar and whammy bar.

Hell, maybe they could even use that speaker for something.

I was really about to buckle and buy a PS2 for this series, I'm so glad it will be on other systems.
